a trip to san bernardino to do a shoot at the directors of the office of risk management for the county . . .
We flew down in the morning from the bay area and headed out to san bernardino not expecting a great setting. While the office was as you might expect from a government office building, there was this great green light throughout that was eerily sedating. After, I had to take the guy outside, some of these were shot behind a dumpster in the parking lot – I love parking lots, but the leaning on a dumpster was a new one even for me. We flew down there with a few hundred pounds of gear and lights – didn’t use anything – all modified ambient light.
I was happy to make it back to the bay area for dinner – and with not only the assignment covered, but a few portfolio images as well.
